HS Hard Wax Oil

This high-solid oil-wax blend offers both protection and coloration for wooden furniture, similar to the standard hard wax. However, due to its high solid content, it only requires one coat.

1 coat, applying 20-40 grams per square meter, yielding approximately 25-50 square meters per liter, depending on the surface’s absorption characteristics

Furniture Sector: Apply Oil with a flat brush evenly and thinly in the direction of the grain. After 20-30 minutes in the wet phase, buff it in with a white or beige pad until the surface appears evenly matte. Remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth. After drying overnight a second coat can be applied like mentioned above. Parquet Sector: Apply oil in sections of 5-10m2 evenly and thinly with a microfiber roller, oil applicator or flat brush. After 20-30 minutes in thr wet phase, buff it in with a white or beige pad by hand or with a buffing machine until it appears evenly matte. Remove any excess oil with a cotton cloth. After drying overnight, a second coat can be applied like mentioned above.

The surface will be dust-dry after 1 to 2 hours, depending on humidity and temperature conditions. It is essential to protect the surface from water for the first 2-3 days until it has fully cured.

High solid hard wax oil, allows maximum wood saturation with only 1 application. Combines properties of oil and wax, the oils protect from the inside whilst the wax forms a layer on the outside resulting in water and dust repellent surfaces as well as long lasting surfaces. The surface must be meticulously sanded, beginning with coarse sandpaper and concluding with a final sanding using 180- 240 grit paper suitable for furniture, and 100-150 grit paper suitable for floors. Additionally, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease and dust. Shake the container thoroughly before use.
